Workshops, Trainings, and Presentations

Rachel’s unique style of presenting offers an engaging and trauma-informed session, tailored to your specific setting.

Each presentation uses specific examples of trauma-informed care one may encounter with that population or setting.

As a neurodivergent speech-language pathologist (ADHD &PTSD), Rachel acknowledges the importance of the language we use as providers and how the goal should always be to reduce risk of unintentionally harming a client with what we say. Due to this necessary goal, Rachel has been sought out by colleges/universities, undergraduate and graduate students, student associations, hospitals, rehab centers, school districts, parent groups, individual service providers, non-profits, etc. to present to those who are looking to better communicate with clients.

Along with trauma-informed care, Rachel has been invited to present on subjects such as supervision & mentorship through a trauma-informed lens, high school SLP therapy, and SLP/education issues.

Rachel can facilitate in-person or virtual presentations, ranging anywhere from 1-6 hours and she can tailor it to your groups/ specific populations such as DHH, AAC, and acute care.

Pricing: Due to a multitude of factors such as in-person training vs. virtual, travel costs, budget, creation of content, etc., prices are determined after a conversation regarding your goals.
